How are payments handled?

Can I run paid ads on competitor brand keywords?
You can, with caveats: bidding on brand keywords is generally fine, but Google disallows trademark names in ad copy. Stick to generic alternative-language headlines in your ads.
Is there a quota or quality threshold?
